Helping this beautiful family who contacted me through Instagram find their perfect historic home was a dream.

They needed more space, as they were outgrowing their home in San Francisco, but finding the perfect house that was large enough was tough in the Covid-era of house hunting.

They were wine tasting in Napa one afternoon and found an open house on the way home in Marin County. This house ended up being a perfect fit for them. It was a family home for someone else for many, many years and needed some updates.

We ended up beating out an all-cash offer even with contingencies on this house because the seller wanted someone else to love this house like they had.

We went to this house multiple times with contractors, roofers, etc. and decided despite some of its problems, they were the ones to do the hard work of rehabilitating this house.

It has been extremely rewarding watching all of their hard work turn a bruised Italianate into the newest gleaming gem on their storybook block.
