Pleasant Ending

One of my favorite deals ever was helping my preservation friend get her dream home in a beautiful Edwardian building.

Not only did we find her the perfect off-market property, this was one of the rare instances where this buyer found the one on our first visit to look at properties together.

We had contingencies with our offer, then we dealt with numerous lender delays when it came time to remove them (early Covid was not always easy). We actually fell out of contract, but ultimately sealed the deal and got her the keys to her new home with perseverance. It was one of my most meaningful transactions yet and I love to see the shape her home is taking over time.

I also love the excuse to visit her in her neighborhood and have delicious pasta at a new restaurant every chance we get.
