I started my real estate career in New Orleans a decade ago, where I managed and sold historic warehouse condos for owners…
… then organically found myself working with the buyers and sellers of that unique market. I moved to San Francisco in 2018 and rolled up my real estate sleeves once again where I’ve worked on top producing teams and through a pandemic.
Whether it’s down South or out West, I’ve learned over the years that I love helping first-time homebuyers through the process. Being present for my clients over the years as their lives expand is one of my greatest honors, and this business has blessed me with such deep friendships along the way.
I truly love what I do.
One of my biggest passions in my business is to work with historic houses. I work tirelessly educating clients (and agents) on the positives and negatives of old properties and inform them about why the preservation of these homes are important to the identities of our cities.
I’m currently in the process of rehabilitating an Italianate in the Eureka Valley/Castro neighborhood and love to share my experiences of that process through my blog and on Instagram (@the.bigredhouse).

“We were moving across the country to a place we have never spent a day in so a thorough, knowledgable realtor was key. One of my first evaluations of any professional is are they actually professional. Do they call when they promise? Or get you the information you requested? Jennifer was a consummate professional! We spoke quite a bit over the phone so she could get an idea of our needs and send us listings and she was always enthusiastic and helpful even when I was confused about what we needed!”

“I first met Jennifer when I was a first time buyer so the fact that she would go out of her way to explain what EVERYTHING meant was so invaluable. I decided to work with her again to sell my original house and buy my investment property. I can’t tell you how many properties we visited together but she always gave me her honest opinion. She would even venture into creepy basements and attics in her cute outfits. Truly a legend!!!”
Why Mosaik?
I interviewed with several companies before I moved out from New Orleans and knew from experience a smaller brokerage was where I worked best.
I’m very proud to be one of their agents and feel like my capability of being a great realtor is supercharged by being at this company. Real estate isn’t black and white, and while I’ve done a lot, I haven’t done it all. It’s great to have a network of experienced, trustworthy, and ethical folks to rely on when something pops up. We’ve got a downtown office, but my home office is in Eureka Valley.
